Deep tissue massage gives extra attention to areas of muscle tension. Before your session, talk with Raquel about where you would like her to focus, the pressure you prefer, and what you hope to get from your appointment.
Your session can concentrate on specific areas or include a broader massage. The approach is personal: you can ask for a change in pressure or focus during your visit. You do not need to choose the strongest pressure to make the appointment your own.

What are the appointment hours?
Monday and Tuesday, 2–7 p.m.; Wednesday, 10 a.m.–3 p.m.; Thursday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m.; Friday closed. Weekend appointments are 2–7 p.m. Raquel takes one weekend day off each week, alternating Saturdays and Sundays. Appointments are required; check the booking calendar for available dates. Is deep tissue the right massage for me?
Deep tissue is an option when you want focused attention to muscle tension. Swedish massage may be a better fit if relaxation is your main goal. If you are unsure, call or text Raquel to discuss your preferences before booking.
